1) How much is your application fee?
Answer: $30.00 per adult (applicants 18 years and over), all adults must be on the lease.
2) How much is the security deposit?
Answer: The security deposit is $400 for one bedrooms, $500 for two bedrooms and $600 for three bedrooms.
3) What utilities are residents responsible for?
Answer: Residents are responsible for all utilities
Electric: Southern California Edison (SCE)
Gas: Southern California Gas (SCG)
Water, Trash & Sewer: Velocity
Cable T.V and High Speed Internet: Time Warner
Telephone & High Speed Internet: AT&T
4) Do we offer short term leases?
Answer: We offer a variety of lease terms. There are premiums attached to all lease terms less than 12 months. Please contact the leasing office for details.
5) Does the Leasing Office accept packages for residents?
Answer: Yes!
6) Do you have washer and dryer hookups in the apartment homes?
Answer: Each apartment home is equipped with hookups which accommodate gas operated full size stackable washer/dryers.
7) What if you don't have your own washer and dryer?
Answer: We have laundry facilities conveniently located throughout the community. There are washers and dryers available for rent for $50.00 per month.
8) Do the apartment homes come with storage?
Answer: Each apartment home has its own private storage unit located off the patio.
9) What are your neighborhood schools?
Answer: The Elementary School is Arroyo. The Middle School is Sinoloa.
The High School is Royal.
